We would be happy to perform an audit of your account free of charge to see if our services might work for you. We’re in the business of building value in any way we can.

How long are your contracts?

Our contracts vary in length. We have month-to-month contracts available. We do ask for a minimum of three months so we have time to gather data, analyze, and optimize.

How does your pricing work?

We offer a la carte pricing for all our services and create packages specific to your business. Our monthly minimums for services start at $1,500 per month, which we feel is highly competitive for a creative digital agency.

How much money do I need to spend on ads?

We recommend an absolute minimum of $3,000 per platform. This allows for Facebook’s algorithms to collect data and optimize properly. Anything under these minimums allows for incomplete modeling, and lower performance.

Do I own the ads you build or do you keep them?

You will always maintain ownership of all accounts, ads, and materials. We help you set up your accounts and you give us the authorization to run them. They always remain yours. We prefer it this way.

Who does the work on my accounts?

All of our accounts are run by full-time employees here at Revity. Each of our paid advertising specialists is just that – a specialist who knows Facebook Ads Manager inside and out. Your campaigns will never be given to freelancers or anyone who works outside of Revity.

How does reporting work?

Reporting will vary depending on ad spend and need. We can create unique and customizable dashboards and reports to fit your needs. The frequency of reports typically depends on your monthly budget.

Do you offer creative services?

Yes! We offer creative services on a project basis dependent on need. These services are wide and varying (graphic design to 3d animation and everything in between!)

We were super impressed in the beginning with the knowledge a d professionalism if revity. However, after we paid the initial money we didn’t receive anything at all for over a month. When we reached back out, we found out that the manager we were working with had been let go. At that point we asked for a refund instead of moving forward since our plans timing was no longer possible. We were assured that we would receive a refund. We never got it. After several times of asking for it, they stopped responding and we had to file a fraudulent charge with our bank in order to get our money back. We are VERY unsatisfied and wouldn’t recommend working this company.

I found Revity to help launch my ecommerce business and get things rolling. One thing I quickly learned is that I didn’t have any good lifestyle photos. Revity let me know they have a photography and videography service available. I decided I needed to start off on the right foot with some great photos and videos.
