We were super impressed in the beginning with the knowledge a d professionalism if revity. However, after we paid the initial money we didn’t receive anything at all for over a month. When we reached back out, we found out that the manager we were working with had been let go. At that point we asked for a refund instead of moving forward since our plans timing was no longer possible. We were assured that we would receive a refund. We never got it. After several times of asking for it, they stopped responding and we had to file a fraudulent charge with our bank in order to get our money back. We are VERY unsatisfied and wouldn’t recommend working this company.

I found Revity to help launch my ecommerce business and get things rolling. One thing I quickly learned is that I didn’t have any good lifestyle photos. Revity let me know they have a photography and videography service available. I decided I needed to start off on the right foot with some great photos and videos.
