When Revity took over Clyde Companies’ parent Facebook and Instagram profiles in September 2024, reach was languishing, views were stagnant, and follower growth was slow. On top of that, Clyde needed to showcase its unique culture to attract new talent—but its flagship channels weren’t reflecting the company’s personality or drawing in prospective employees.
We audited Clyde’s top-performing posts and doubled down on the formats and captions that resonated, while testing fresh variations to keep the feed lively. To spotlight culture and life at Clyde, we wove in behind-the-scenes snapshots, employee spotlights, and team-event recaps alongside repurposed subsidiary content. Each month, we tweaked posting schedules to ensure every post landed when its audience was most active.
By Q2 2025 vs. Q1 2025, Clyde Companies’ parent channels were unrecognizable. Facebook reach exploded by 329% and views surged 166%, while Instagram profile visits climbed 11% and followers grew 7.6%.
