The challenge

Wazoodle’s email program was firing on half-cylinders: they had no fixed send cadence, underperforming flows, and zero incentives to capture new subscribers. With few opt-ins and dwindling open rates, their audience was unengaged—and email drove almost no incremental revenue.

The solution

Revity rebuilt Wazoodle’s automation stack from the ground up. We implemented a two-step pop-up with a compelling offer to boost sign-ups, then segmented the list by behavior and purchase history. Core flows were redesigned to follow best practices, and a consistent, predictable send schedule (2–3 emails per week) kept subscribers engaged. Finally, we rolled out targeted campaigns based on viewed-product and purchase data to nudge prospects down the funnel.

THE RESULTS
