The challenge

Halftee’s Amazon channel was underperforming: broad, unfocused ad campaigns drove up costs while conversions lagged, and a cluttered product catalog made it hard for shoppers to find—and buy—what they wanted. At the same time, their email program was firing off 1–2 messages per day, leading to subscriber fatigue, declining opens, shrinking click rates, and a drop in attributed revenue .

The solution

Revity tackled both channels in tandem. For Amazon, we launched tightly targeted ad campaigns—backed by deep audience research, continuous bid and creative testing, and a streamlined catalog structure with clear categories and enriched product content. For email, we slashed send frequency to three weekly campaigns, implemented a two-step pop-up to boost opt-ins, segmented the list by behavior, and overhauled design and copy to align with best practices.

THE RESULTS

Our integrated approach fueled rapid growth across both channels. Amazon sales jumped 56% YoY, ad conversion rates rose and cost-per-acquisition fell, turning Amazon into a reliable revenue stream. On email, opt-in rates soared 171%, revenue per recipient climbed 400%, placed-order rates surged 225%, and attributed email revenue increased 21% —well above industry norms.
