These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, USA, without regard to conflict‑of‑law principles. Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Utah County, Utah, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

14. Modifications to Terms
We may revise these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on the Site. Your continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

15. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or us.
